Tasks
1. Preserve submitted swap identity
- 1.1 Add compatible structured validity, I/O and interruption metadata; verify original signature/cause and pre-submission certainty offline.
- 1.2 Retain the actual transaction blockhash, original last-valid height and pre-submission anchor; verify signer hash consistency without live submission.
2. Reconcile pending swaps safely
- 2.1 Add bounded read-only Solana reconciliation and direct cached delegation; verify confirmed outcomes and conservative finalized-history expiry evidence with controlled RPC responses.
- 2.2 Preserve process-local pending swaps and safe diagnostics in the burner; verify scheduled recovery, unresolved suppression, fresh balances, EVE burn continuation and pending-burn priority offline.
3. Complete the documented change
- 3.1 Update service documentation and operational restart limitations; review unchanged amount policy, transaction submission and burn recovery behavior.
- 3.2 Compile existing main/test sources, run the temporary focused verification harness, record evidence and validate OpenSpec.
- 3.3 Sync main specifications and archive the completed change after checking implementation and verification evidence.
