1. Ticker API and implementation

• 1.1 Remove start() and stop() from TickerService and document the lifecycle-free consumer contract.
• 1.2 Keep TickerServiceImpl.start() as NenjimProcess.start(), remove its public normal stop operation, and preserve private failed-start source cleanup.
• 1.3 Confirm Hub construction, Registry resolution, process startup, and latest-price behavior remain unchanged.

2. Specification and documentation

• 2.1 Update the canonical assetaz-ticker-service capability to distinguish service queries, Hub-owned startup, and failed-start rollback.
• 2.2 Update Nenjim architecture, public, terminology, and relevant JavaDoc descriptions consistently.

3. Verification

• 3.1 Run strict OpenSpec validation and archive the completed change into the canonical specifications.
• 3.2 Run the complete Gradle build and inspect the final diff for lifecycle leaks or unintended behavior changes.
